Cancellation Policy
For the benefit and respect of all clients and technicians, all appointments are subject to the following terms:
-You may cancel, modify or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 4 hours before the start time of your appointment.
-Less than 4 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the full service price booked.
-A “No Show” will result in a charge of 100% of the full service price booked.
-If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a “No Show”.
Manic Cure values your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should your technician need to cancel your scheduled appointment with less than 4 hours notice, we will honor 50% off of your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
Exceptions to our cancellation policy will be made in the event of unsafe weather conditions.
